• After analyzing the status of office automation system ( oas ) , this paper points out that the traditional oas is difficult in developing the information system with the integration of graphic data and text because it ca n ' t manage the huge graphic data required by some fields . at the same time , the traditional software has bad flexibility to adapt the alteration of organization or business process , so a lot of work has to be done to adapt these alterations
